The first step in creating a WordPress-based microsite is to request one from the Web Content Admin. Submit the following info. Once that’s done, head to Appearance.
Book title/Author name/Series name:
(example: The Captain by Ian O’Connor)
Microsite title:
(example: The Captain)
Microsite URL: http://www.hmhbooks.com/
(example: http://www.hmhbooks.com/captain)
Microsite owner, and role:
(example: Hannah Harlow, marketing manager/Susan Canavan, editor)
Due date for microsite:
(a month to two weeks before pub date/event date)
Pub date for book (or other key event date):
Is there going to be a sweepstakes or contest?:
Copyedited content that you are providing (indicate all applicable):
